Chery just (well, yesterday) announced the new Chery F11 but we’re having internet issues here (along with the rest of asia!) So we were slow off the mark, but Erik from Chinesecars.net clearly wasnt:
With Chery releasing this F11 – they have opened a can of internet worms – People are asking are Chery going to make a ‘top class’ brand as Honda with Acura or Toyota did with Lexus or Nissan with Inifiniti? The Chery F11 will come with a choice of a 3.0 V6 engine or a 4.2 V8 engine. The design and the engines were developed in house by Chery. Check out the interior:
No word on the Chinese prices yet, but China Car Times can put in a conservative guess of around 400 – 500k RMB. Hats of to ChineseCars.net

the premium brand of nissan is infinity and not acura as you wrote. acure is a derivative of the honda usa brand.
P.S.: the correct name of course is infiniti and not with a “y”
