According to yesterdays slightly ignored press release from SAIC’s Roewe brand, which points itself out as being ‘The first British/Chinese car in China‘ Roewe claims its pricing for the Classic 2.5L Roewe will be 230,180.00RMB, the 2.5L Aristocracy Edition will be 240,380.00RMB The 2.5L luxury edition will be 270,680.00RMB. No word on the hybrid price yet, although it could be somewhere between the classic model and the aristocracy model. Pretty pricey for the Chinese market, but still a lot cheaper than Roewes rivals in this market segment, the Roewe is almost a quarter of the cost of a 5 series BMW.

Just returned from Shanghai where SAIC is in pilot production of the Roewe 750. Their executives have been driving them on Shanghai roads and full production will begin in a few ticks of your watch.
Could you by any chance point me in the direction of some more detailed priceing/specifications of the Roewe 750, it would be much apreciated.
