Recently a prototype in clay has been found in the plant of Londbridge. It has nothing to see with the Brillance A1 prototype shown here either. At least we only see the bodycoach and the lines and size have almost nothing in common. It sounds clear to me that this article deals not with 1 but 3 cars: the real RDX60 totally absent here, the Rover drawing which is just a drawing and the Birllance A1.
