New Ford Mondeo To Be Made In China

The new Ford Mondeo is to be made in China by the end of the year according to the Chinese press. The dashingly handsome new Ford Mondeo will be made via the Chang’an motors – Ford Joint venture. We at China Car Times thinks this is one of the nicest family cars has produced to date, and looks that can be easily said to be better of more upmarket marques.
Expect to see the new Mondeo on Chinese road by the end of the year.

I presume this will be priced and placed below the MG7 and the Roewe 750?
Personally, I don’t really like the look, I liked the Mk3 Mondeo but this looks a bit Lexus-like.
Pete,
The 2.5 V5 mondeo was 220,000rmb for the top spec, so less than the 240,000rmb Roewe. MG7 pricing is unknown officially, but something the same as the Roewe.
