The Hafei logo - isn't there more than one star missing. When I first saw it I thought it was a spaced-out Hyundai logo that had thinned down. I was *really* struck by the originality.

I just noticed that it has a similarity with the Volks in the US in terms of designs. Wish to have a chance to bring that to US to compare similarities and diferrences between VW Parts and Hafei Saibao parts.

Correction Bob, the Hafei shown here is a Saibao V. The one shown recently at the NADA show in Las Vegas was the Saibao III.
But I'm betting that Miles will soon include the Saibao V in their line-up too.
As for gasoline versions....no one has hinted at it yet.

That Hafei model was in Las Vegas a couple of months ago Bob. Seems there's a company called Qingyuan Electric that converts them to EVs and a company in the US called Miles Automotive put one on display in advance of importing it.

It's a stretch, but Hafei may be the company that Bricklin has been talking to about building him an EV. Guess we'll soon find out.
