Up close and personal with the Chery A3
We mentioned to Erik at Chinese Cars that we’d seen a Chery A3 on the road, he didnt believe us though. 
It seems someone else has also seen the Chery A3 (that looks like its being driven around as a daily driver) and this time they were smarter than us – remembering to take a camera out with them.
The Chery A3 was unveiled at Beijing 06 Auto show and is set to go on the market later this year for around 130,000rmb. Engine details are sketchy at the moment – we’ve heard its only a 1.3l engine, which seems a little small for such a big car. Enjoy the pictures!
The A3 looks like it will be a great car – China Car Times might well say this is one of the finest Chery cars to be made yet.

There must be a few prototypes out on the roads – most of the time you can drive without plates and nobody but the most zealous of policemen with quotas to fill will book you
I am interested in importing these cars to the european markets but all chinese web site are all in chinese and i cannot send for more information. I am interested in chery cars and the new small car nobel.
