I always preferred the MK1 MG ZT nose compared to the MK2 so that definately gets my vote. However, the Chinese have wrongly messed with the dashboard; making it more like a Rover 75 with the 'walnut'.. bad decision. As for the gear knob... hmmm... looks like a Daewoo. Good effort but lacks attention to detail. MG wins. Few car enthusiasts, in the UK and elsewhere, will take a car with a ‘wrongway’ pronounciation seriously.
