Five Chinese auto manufacturers are expected to attend Detroit auto show in 2008, Changfeng, BYD, Geely, China America Automotive, and Li Shi Guang auto design will be showing off their wares in the city of cars.
Changfeng, and Geely have visited the Detroit auto show two times previously and drew large crowds even though they were stationed away from the main exhibition halls.

So… the big news is China’s new H-cell rides. I forget the manufacturers name, but I’m sure you guys know. Jeeps suck anyway! Besides that’s WWII technology. It’s time to think global. China is tooooo large to adopt such a gas suckin’ machine. But I guess that’s why China now imports 40% of Sudan’s OIL and has given too many “soft loans” as well as sold a few weapons. This will only bite them in the ass later.

Did you mean Chang’an ?
Mememe,
I saw a special on CCTV 9 that talked about China’s H-cell rides. I was happy to see that China had designed and manufactured it in large scale. I sincerely hope that it will be affordable to all. I have never seen a gas station that refuels these cars.
Perhaps Ash could do a review about these rides in the near future.
