Previously on China Car Times we talked about the Chongqing police department who were debating giving guns to traffic police, all the way up north in Hei Long Jiang province of China, the police have also been given guns, and now the Chinese SWAT teams tactical favorite: The Crossbow.

The Hei Long Jiang armed police department dont want to be left out of the latest pre-Beijing Olympics anti terror drive and have tooled up their own offices with an electric mix of AK47s, pistols, and the latest favorite toy, the crossbow.

The brave boys of the HLJ police dept were out doing excercises in -19 tempratures earlier this week. Rest easily, this weekend, our Dongbei living readers, for the crossbow men of the HLJ police dept are out, watching…
