If there is one thing this car has a lot, its plastic, and age - wait, thats two things. The Rover 25 was getting long in the tooth in the UK, but NAC MG have wheeled it out for just one last show in the PRC. China Car Times doesnt believe it will be launched in the UK, or any other markets.
The MG3 is going to come in several flavours, the Crossover, the standard run around, and the more potent MG3 ZR, which is expected to be a 1.8 hot hatch, just like it was in the UK. The MG3 is going to be Nanjing MG’s bargain bin car in the PRC, starting at the all important 70,000rmb price range will put up against the Suzuki Swift, the Daihatsu Xenia, and the Nissan Livina, all of which are great little cars for the money.

LOL, thats not plastic….. You should see the bumper….
Hmm, extensive plastic bodycladding, where have I seen this….oh yeah Pontiac. Extensive plastic bodycladding not a good car it makes.
I had a bran new MG ZR 160 1.8 vvc back in 2004, it was a very good car could hit 60 in about 7.3 secs with a top end of about 135 mph. It had just had a face lift which did give it a more up to date look, but in 2008 it would look dated as a new car. And i dont think it would sell to well in the UK now lets face it they were not selling like hot cakes in 2004/5 hence the loss of MGR. But i am still a fan. And drive a 05 ZS 180, and also have a 05 ZT 260 so a may be a bit of an MG nut.
