Roewe cross over? TCV back from the dead?


Are Roewe set to bring back the Rover TCV back from its bankrupt grave? It seems so, well, at least according to the Chinese motoring press.

Latest pictures of the TCV seems to show the Roewe TCV with an updated grill, and also Roewe 750 style lights on the lower bumper.

Is the picture real? Who knows! – Chinese car fans have been known to pull out photoshop and make up their own cars, but its not like large Chinese media outlets to post fake cars in their news articles. We’ll let our readers be the judges!

    The last picture would be a photoshop of a photoshop.

    The orginal photoshop was published by Autocar back in August 2004.

    False alarm guys! That image is one Autocar magazine produced in the UK back in 2004 to support a story that MG Rover were close to completing their deal with SAIC and that the photoshopped car you see here would be one of the first products.

    So, the short answer is no, the picture ain’t real.
