We wonder why the people testing the new Ford Fiesta in Nanjing, stopped off at a liquor and smokes store?

hahaha funny, ford guys using a toyota badge on this car!
Definetely the Fiesta / Mazda 2 twins.

There’s actually a white Mazda 2 in the pictures.
This seems very much like a Hot and Cold Exposure test. They probably took the Mazda 2 to compare the results with.

Are you sure this isn’t actually the Mazda 2 saloon they recently showed at a motorshow? The fiesta and Mazda 2 may be twins but only underneath. They share no exterior panels. The Fiesta saloon is only a design study and no spy shots of that has been seen yet, they’re too busy preparing the 3 and 5 door versions. I’d bet my bottom dollar this is the Mazda 2 saloon.

Is using other manufacturers badges on development vehicles common in China?

Is it possible that it is actually a Toyota and not a Fiesta; and that they were using the Mazda 2 as a comparison vehicle? Mind you, I can’t quite see the badge properly or enlarge the pictures to check.
