Both the interior and the exterior of the 2011 model struck me as being good quality especially when you consider the price. It may well be underpowered at 88 BHP in comparrison with the Mini Cooper but then if you are just looking for a city car this could save you up to 80 percent of the Mini Cooper price and it certainly isn't going to clobber the insurance.

Yeah you're right, a mix of Daihatsu and a Mini. This may strike a nerve at BMW hq, just a bit too close to the bone don't you think? I have got nothing against Chinese cars, that is why I am here, but I don't agree with this design theft that is all too common in the Chinese car industry.

It looks like they were in middle of trying to recreate the Daihatsu Sirion before switching to the Mini. Sad.

I have seen the inside of a pre-production version. Possibly the first actual car of this design. The interior looked to be of poor quality.

I have no design skills. I have no manufacturing skills, however I think if I did try to make a Mini clone it would end up looking like this peice of junk. Totally crap. For the sake of the image of the Chinese motor industry stop calling this hunk of junk the Chinese Mini!

Ugh, what a monstrosity. Why Lifan felt they needed to copy the Mini when they had a perfectly fine Lifan 620 is completely beyond my comprehension.
