Practically deserted :-). The intersection of the N/S and the inner ring is particularly fun after a rain storm....hehehe. Helps to have out of Shanghai plates. Don't know about skid pans bet I think you can rent the track at Tianama......or even take a course at the F1 track. Then there is the deserted runway at Longhua.......seen car tests done out there. Elevated highway……especially at night/early morning.
