Despite the government officially favouring hybrids to diesels, Audi has plans to introduce Turbo Diesel Injection Engines into their Chinese range of Audis. The Audi A6 will be one of the first Audis to benefit from the diesel engines.
Audi says that their range of diesel engines cut back emissions by 20% over the average diesel engine, but the question is, will sulphate rich Chinese diesel be upto the job at hand?

Very good question Ash but I think it is sulphur rich rather than sulphate. I should think the fuel will choke the engines. Plus would you want to be queuing with the lorries on the highway?
