Hello Readers! China Car Times is will be holding a Charity Auction in aid of the Sichuan Earthquake victims in the not to distant future (i.e. This week!).

We have emailed many of our automotive contacts in the industry, but we hope that those companies who would like to take part can contact us directly here and offer anything they can in aid of the auction!

China Car Times is considering holding an auction via the China Car
Times website ( www.chinacartimes.com ) in benefit of those affected by the Sichuan earthquake.

Many of you work for Chinese automotive companies and have already donated funds, or even automobiles to those affected by the disaster, however, CCT would like to aid those affected by the disaster by auctioning off Chinese auto memorabilia or your time if you wish to take part.

There is a great interest in the Chinese auto industry and our site regularly attracts around 1 million readers from around the world. Everyone is eager to contribute to the relief effort in Sichuan and CCT is very keen to raise as much money as possible.

We would like to hold an online auction of gifts from the Chinese Auto Industry - Items that cant be brought! Including signed concept drawings, special merchandise, factory tours, driving experiances or any special ideas you have to help raise as much money for the unfortunate people affected by this terrible disaster.

To give you some ideas of how you can help, Paul Stowe at Shanghai LTI, has offered an all expenses paid visit to Shanghai and his new factory, including a tour, lunch and a trip around Shanghai in an original London Taxi. For winners outside of China, this offer has been extended to include the UK factory making the Iconic London Taxi.
