Chinese III emissions standard falls into place next week

The Chinese III emissions standard is set to fall into place next week across the nation, except for Beijing, who have already enacted Euro 5 (equivalent to Chinese 5).

Dealers are expected to cut prices on non Chinese III emission cars over the coming week before the ban comes into effect on July 1st.

I keep hearing this mentioned but I cannot find a single vehicle here that meets Euro/Chinese 5 standards. The best I can find are cars meeting Euro/Chinese IV.

Doesn’t at least one Lifan engine and possibly the Brilliance 1.8T meet this standard? Or maybe my memory serves me incorrectly.
