Actually, if I recall correctly, this WAS reported during the Beijing Autoshow. . On an unrelated matter; in my opinion, this car looks way too smooth which makes it look boring. . For example, on the front end and particularly on the doors, there's no features such as rub strips to break up vast expanses of the metal panels. Same problem on almost all Lexus cars too, just look at the latest IS. In fact, all Asian cars seem to suffer from this design cue to a certain extent (G35, Honda Civic, Lexus LS) . I love the way Mercs, BMW and Audi breaks up the space with a crease running down the middle, or rub strips. I have a feeling he’s referring to CCT being late on reporting the Geely SUV?

This car was one of the many on display at the Beijing 2008 autoshow. I do like it, it is a looker, it really is no direct copy of another car. If it's reasonably well built, and returns decent MPG as well as crashes well, it could be a great addition to the CUV market. Are you guys late or something?
