JAC goes off the rails, makes monster car!

We have said many a good word about JAC’s design team, the company that brought us the excellent Bin Yue, and their upcoming small cars are a treat on the eye as well. But the above monster appears to have been a complete and utter mistake, we wonder if JAC executives are groaning in their offices now that this Chysler 300C and Mercedes E-Class monster has made it into the media!

James May on the Mitsuoka Galue:
“[...] This car does make me smile. It’s not taking itself too seriously. It’s just like a bit of fun – a bit like one of those tribute bands. Born again: Led Zed, The Strolling Bones. Like those bands, it knows it’s not the real thing. But more importantly it knows that you know it’s not the real thing. And anyway, at the the end of the evening you’re still just as drunk and you still had a great time, but it only cost you a fiver!”

Wondering if he had said the same about this one …

    Ash,
I guess we all see things in a much different view.
This copy of the 300-C is much more elegant. The 300-C was a smaller copy of the Bently Turbo, but JAC has refined the appearance by adding more UK style. It presented it with a bit of 70′s style Jaguar both back and front and does offer more appeal.
The 300-C was a baby bently copy that looked like it was crushed from the front and back, but still retained much of the turbo bently styling.
The JAC version adds a touch of class and even my wife approves of this version :-)
