Chery B13 Business MPV – March 09 Launch date

Chery are aiming for a March 2009 launch date for their B13 minivan. The B13 was first unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show in 2006, and has since been out testing on the roads many times:

The B13 is expected to be equipped with a 2.0TCI engine, priced from 130,000rmb to 160,000rmb. The MPV market has cooled off a lot in recent months, with both Buick, Mazda, Ford, and VW feeling pain in this market segment, we wonder if Chery can enter the market and make a go of it?
