More on the Wuling mini car!

The Wuling mini car sedan was first featured on CCT in December 2008, where it received quite a welcome, probably due to its reported price of a mere 55,000rmb, and its handsome looks.

The Chinese automotive media are now indicating that the Wuling sedan is actually based off the Buick sedan platform, which was the Daewoo designed J200 platform, the Wuling sedan will also continue to use the 1.6l and 1.8l Twintec engines that were under the hood of the Buick Excelle, and its various international guises. Esentially, this makes the Wuling sedan a facelift Buick Exelle, and if you ask us, it looks considerably better done than the last Buick Excelle facelift.
