Chery Tiggo3 to get DR facelift and 1.6 Turbo Engine

The Chery Tiggo compact SUV has been out on the market for a number of years, it’s still a good seller for Chery but its looks are starting to fade after 5 years on the market. Chery previously did a deal with Italian company, Dr, to supply the Tiggo3 body for their cool little SUV, the result was this.

Now it seems that the DR facelift is set to become a permenent fixture on the future Tiggo3.

In addition to the facelift, Chery are also planning to drop a 1.6 Turbo powered engine into the Tiggo3, the engine will produce 110kw at 5500rpm, in addition to the 1.6T, a regular 1.6, 1.8l and 2.0l naturaly aspirated models will be added to the mixture.
