Geely launched a fully working prototype of the Geely GT earlier today, and made the crowds go wild for the superbly designed coupe, which could have come from the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porshce or any other super car maker. Instead, this GT was made by a group of guys in a shed in Hangzhou:
Simply Amazing.

a shed in hangzhou ? lol
Wow so misproportioned.
Nice.
Do you guys have specs on it?
Hang on… that IS the shed in Hangzhou… someone put wheels on it and polished hard.
The wheels are way too small, and too much overhang. Good concept, poor execution. Maybe next time.
My eyes! My eyes! You’re killing me here…
Ok, now you’re being a bit too coloured Ash… this looks like a Batmobile from the fifties.
Geely needs to go and hire a professonal photographer in a studio. These shots do nothing for the car, and because of the car’s already lucid nature, you can’t really make out what it is.
This is a Daewoo Lacetti Premier dressed up as a coupe, probably done by same company who did first Geely GT on top of a rusty Ssangyong Chairman last year.
The stock Lacetti dashboard gave it away.
^^
The dashboard looks nothing like a Lacetti.
^^ no point to argue with him, his world is just revolving around Daewoo Hyundai and KIA, he’s pretty notorious on this site already.
Any word on what’s under the hood?
cool! its nice! in fairness the design is original… i think if they try to market it in the US or EU they should make sure the specs of the engine have enough horsepower to BE able to make it in the sportscar categories
front end is overdone and to much overhang.
Are you all forgetting its a concept and not near production yet?
