Another MG RV8? Renderings make us hope so

The MG RV8 was a modern classic, a car that was built in the preseant, but echoed the past. A shame that most of the RV8′s produced ended up in Japan, where anything retro or slightly kitch is loved, this left the UK with only a handful of RV8s whose numbers have only continued to dwindle over the years.

Renderings have appeared on the internet which show what a future RV8 may look like:

As stated on the pictures, the concept does have a lot of ‘British style’ in it, perhaps they were going for a Spitfire look?

It’s unknown if these are real SAIC-MG concept drawings at the moment, or if it is the work of a rather talented fan.
