it may be the NA acura tsx rebadged, but this thing is nowhere near the fucking monstrosity that Dave Marek created....it doesnt have the "dynamic" back end or grille...no, even if all the specs were the same, if they introduced this to N. America, I gurantee that it would sell better than the crap designs coming out of acura these days

The SR9 is sold in Europe as an Accord Sedan and the Honda Accord Tourer. The Accord Tourer is very cool - check it out on; http://www.honda.co.uk/cars ... why can't the Tourer be sold in China when it look like this???

The SR-9 looks really cool. I wish they would bring it into the states though... and I wonder how much the sticker price is going to be.

From what I see from Honda China web site, the "SR-9" is from东风Honda, not Guangzhou Honda.

Yes, this is a rebadged Acura TSX (or to be more correct, the JDM Accord).

This will be a better drive than the US Accord, but will also cost a lot more - starting around 290k RMB for the 2.0L model.

Ash

This is the Acura TSX, man! They've just changed the grille, bumper and taillights.

This car (as the Acura TSX) is the CL Accord, or JDM Accord, which is the Accord sold in Japan, Australia and Europe.

The other Accord you were referring to (the one with 2800mm wheelbase) is the North American Accord (which in Japan, is called Honda Inspire).

so, basically, in China, they are going to sell both the North American and JDM Accords, this latter one shown here in this post.
