Passat CC to see China production


vw passatcc web2 300x206 Passat CC to see China productionThe Passat CC is set to be produced in China very soon according to media reports earlier today.

The Passat CC is expected to be put into production by the end of 2009 via the VW-FAW JV in Changchun, alongside a slightly lengthened Magotan (the current Euro Passat)

Pricing on the Chinese built Passat CC is expected to be around 300,000rmb once production has finished.

    In answer to my own question, I believe it will be called Volkswagen CC in China. At least that what it’s called in an advert in the lift to my Chinese school!
