The Brilliance FRV Crossover is set to launch on June 18th 2009, and is expected to be another winner for the infant car company that has had a string of automotive wins with its popular car line up.

The first range of Crossovers will come with an odd choice of 1.5l and 1.6l engines. The FRV Crossover is an impressive 20mm higher than the regular FRV, and has plastic cladding wrapped all around it to give that tough SUV look that so many people want these days.

The 1.5L engine produces 102bhp at 5500rpm – 6000rpm and produces a max torque of 135Nm at 4500rpm. The 1.5L will be a manual model, where as the 1.6l will be automatic.

    Do I see a Rover Streetwise / MG 3SW copy?
    But still looks quite nice, although I would still prefer the MG 3SW.
