Be an asshole 城管 in GTA

The infamous 城管 (Cheng Guan) that roam the streets of China bullying street peddlers of fruit, or snack food, have now entered Liberty City.

A skin has been released for the GTA4 video game where you can dress as a Cheng Guan, and give street peddlers a vicious beating should you so wish. Also available is an armoured car labled as being Administrative Law Enforcement (行政执法), and then you can go down to Central Park to clear out the street vendors.

For those who are not familiar with the Cheng Guan, then we suggest reading up on these links, if you dont want to read, basically they are assholes in uniforms.
