Mitsuoka to enter China with luxury car range

Orochi-modelThe Japanese luxury car maker is set to make its first appearance in China in 2010 according to reports.

Mitsuoka are apparently planning to display their Orochi model at next years Beijing Auto Show in April 2010, and will soon have a sales network of three dealerships in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

The Orochi is a made to order model, with over 25 interior color options to choose from and over 300 body colors to choose from. The Orochi currently sells for around 800,000rmb in Japan, but an imported one in China is expected to cost at least 50% more.

I once saw a Mitsuoka Galue (sp) in China, looked very very strange.

There are enough ugly cars in China without adding to mess. Stay at home, Mitsuoka!
