Geely MPV to be aimed at premium segment
Geely are set to produce their first MPV, which they plan on aiming at the premium segment. The Geely HL-1 is probably going to go into production in mid 2010, and will be on the market in 2011, a year later than originally planned.
The Geely HL-1 concept MPV was shown off at the Shanghai Auto Show a few months back in Geely’s concept extravaganza parade of future cars.
According to early news reports the HL-1 will be a fairly luxurious motor, with three rows of seats giving room for 7 rears in total. The middle row of seats will be able to fold into tables or foot rests for the rear row of passengers to rest on or use.
