Chang’an Focus to launch Focus SVP model

The Ford Focus is one of Ford China’s best selling models, and to give sales an extra boost in the final quarter Ford are planning on releasing an ‘SVP model’ Focus which has already been leaked onto the internet:

Other markets, specifically the Oceanic markets have previously received SVP Focus models, but this is the first time that the SVP model has been launched in China. The Focus SVP is a 2.0L model with a 5 speed manual gearbox, same as the standard Focus 2.0L but the difference being that the SVP comes with a sports bodykit and interior.

The Focus SVP is expected to launch at the end of October in a limited run only and a price tag slightly higher than the current 2.0L Focus. It is expected that the Fiesta SVP is to follow soon after the launch of the Focus SVP.
