Roewe SUV to finally get launched this month?

The Roewe SUV has been a long time coming, and is quite possibly the worst kept secret at Roewe. We know they’re making an SUV, practically everyone in the whole world knows that they have an SUV up their sleeves put only now are they getting around to launching it (maybe)

The Roewe SUV has been in ‘development’ for at least two years now, and by development we mean adding some new front lights to a Ssangyong Kyron and attaching new badges.

Hopefully the above SUV is the closest we will see to a production ready model that is likely to launch this month at the Guangzhou Auto Show.

This was planned under MG Rover in 2004.

Roewe should look at the UK brand since Land Rover is now owned by tata motors who now have the rights to Rover badge they should look at doing a deal with TATA to lease the use of the badge like MG Rover did with BMW in 2000.

If not then they should look at bringing the Roewe in the Uk under the Austin Badge or Sterling Badge.
