Another sedan from BYD – BYD L3

16 December 2009 7 Comments

BYD are planning to launch yet another sedan in its sedan dominated line up. The latest sedan is expected to be the below L3, which will be positioned between the F3 and G3 sedans.

How exactly this will differ from the F3 other than exterior styling is yet to be known, the L3 will carry the same 1.5L and 1.8L powerplants, and will have a similar interior to the F3.

Bloddy heLL-why dont they just settle down and build some quality into their existing models instead of making new crap-and a lot of their stuff is crap, poor quality and very poor service!

What’s wrong with you DOGtucker, have you ever test one of their cars? Their F3 is the top seller in China sold over 30k unit per month, do you think all the buyers are fool?

Nothing wrong with me Sloboboy. I have driven several of their cars and being within the auto industry in PRC have a pretty good feel for and info on manufacturers here that is 2nd to none!
Yes I think they are fools, only because the poor fools know no better and buying a bargain is never a good choice.

And as has been pointed out before what is the breakdown in sales between fleet buyers and indivduals? It seems the F3 is becoming quite widely used as taxis.
