Chery Riich G6 Spotted out testing
The Chery Riich G6 is one of Chery’s finer achievements to date, we first saw it at the Shanghai Auto Show where it wowed crowds.
The Riich G6 will be Chery’s flagship model, and will carry the self designed 2.0 Turbo assisted engine that has been much touted by Chery and the automotive media. Judging by the pictures above, it looks like the G6 was out doing some cold weather testing in China’s most northern (and cold) Hei Long Jiang province.
The 2.0T engine is good for 170bhp/235Nm of torque, but the specifications for the flagship self developed 3.0L V6 have not yet been released.

G6? I thaught it would be called “G5″? Wasn’t the Riich at the Nurburgring labbelled a G5?
The G5 was a smaller, different car.
Yes, Joest you are right. According to Yin Tongyao in his recent interview with sohu.auto, that was a G5 at Nurburgring. Perhaps someone else can answer your other question….
There is a G5/G6 and also a G3 that is under testing.
Somebody get the Erik-sign!
