BYD L3 to launch in April
BYD has plans for yet another sedan, this time it is the L3 and follows the recently launched G3 into production. The L3 is expected to be a higher quality car, and its sole competitors are the JV manufacturers, so that would the Mazda3, the Ford Focus, and the Honda Civic as well as an assortment of other competitors.
Engines for the L3 are expected to be a sole 1.8 offering with a self developed automatic CVT gearbox on board as well. Pricing is expected to be around 120,000rmb at launch date, which of course will be the Beijing Auto Show.

nice Corolla rip off, does it have the dodgy accelerator as well?
Nice set of eyes you’ve got there. Have you been to the eye doctor lately? You should.
very regularly thanks
Corolla looks far uglier than this
almost identical bland boring copy of a bland boring car………where’s the innovation?
BYD is the clone company. They are looking for their best worker to clone for future production also.
The most important innovation is on the inside. At least it should be. Time will tell.
