Greatwall Hover H5 ready to wow Beijing, and Europe.
Greatwall have split their popular Hover model off into a brand of its own, which they are planning to exploit to the maximum. The below Hover is one of the models that GWM are planning to push into the European market, and also into the premium self developed SUV market for the Chinese market.
The engine is from Mitsubishi in 2.4L and produces 136bhp and 200Nm of torque. A five speed manual, and interestingly enough an automatic version will be available for the first time.

Sure, what a joke.
Yes, but it’s pretty good-looking thou. I wouldn’t mind driving this here in Europe.
What a ugly looking bastard. A love child of Mazda CX-7 and Nissan x-Trail. Plus, miles upon miles of crap hard low quality of plastic interior. If you have an ounce of taste you would not buy one!
I happen to live in China & have been driving one of the GW Hover diesel models for 3+ years. They hold up well, are roomy, safe & for only 120k RMB, was a steal compared to other Chinese & JV SUV models here.
What kind of crap is this?
It sucked, no wonder I bought it for such a cheap price! I sold it
7 days after I bought it
