Geely Emgrand EC825 spotted out
The Geely Emgrand EC825 is Geely’s first shot at a mid to full size sedan and was officially on show at the Beijing Motor Show last month and will launch in the second half of 2010.
The Emgrand EC825 will use Geely’s own JLδ-4G24 engine, which will replace the Mitsubishi engine that was initially planned for the EC825. The new Geely JLδ-4G24 engine will produce 120KW and 224N.M of torque, making it reasonably powerful.

I think you got the engine wrong… They originally planned to use Geely’s engine, but this car had a Mitsu engine on it. It’s not known which one they will use when this eventually rolls off the production line, but it is speculated that the Geely engine hasn’t been paired with their 6spd automatic transmission yet. Ergo, the Mitsu engine.
