Seat confirmed for China will be on show at the Shanghai Auto Show

seat logo Seat confirmed for China will be on show at the Shanghai Auto ShowThe Seat brand will be officially imported into China later this year according to information we received earlier today. The Seat brand is not doing terribly well in the European market and maybe eventually culled, by launching it in China VAG maybe giving the brand its final shot at making sales. The Seat invasion will be spearheaded by the Leon and the Ibiza models at the Shanghai Auto Show, its not yet clear when the cars will hit the market or at what price segment they will be in.

So sell those SEAT Ibiza cars in USA……… no problem finding buyers here.

HOW MANY Americans do you think would buy a SEAT car with 80 mpg Diesel engine, auto transmission, A/C, 5 passenger in just 60 days for $15K [11K in UK/England]?

Just put it in the NEWS/Newspapers and on DRUDGE REPORT when you’re coming [give people a little notice] and you will sell 25,000 to 50,000 – What do you think?
Make it EZ on yourselves – give people a choice of only 3 colors – Silver, White, Blue.

You can receive a great response with your 80 mpg Diesel engine, low emissions [clean air], 5 seat passenger car.

ALL that and NO electric or Hybrid = GOOD.
Electric cars have already problems and Hybrids have good mileage in cities but BAD on highway. Also, Battery replacement for Hybrid car is $3K to $8K- making the Hybrid also vulnerable to theft.

Wish I could join you at Shanghai Auto Show April 2011 that is going on now.
