Brilliance concept sedan revealed ahead of Shanghai Auto Show
Brilliance are one of the more advanced car companies in China, they have a solid line up of vehicles that covers pretty much all segments, or it will do once it has the A3 SUV out on the market, but yet its sales are relatively low and it has yet to turn a profit. The sharks are circling the pray, major state owned car companies such as BAIC and FAW have been eager to snap up the Liaoning based company under the governments plan for consolidation, especially as the two state owned giants mentioned above have so far completely failed to produce their cohesive sedan range.
For the 2011 Shanghai Auto Show Brilliance will be wheeling out two concepts, one an electric MPV and the second will be the above sedan. The sedan appears to be a mid to large sized sedan with a new style language that is far better than anything they have now. If Brilliance can make cars like this anytime this year, then they wont be far from getting their accounts out of the red and into the black.
