Subaru has realized that the Chinese market is crossover crazy and well styled crossovers seem to be selling like hotcakes in China, but the Chinese consumer never took to the XV in any major way. The XV concept is likely to give some major hints to what the future Impreza will look like, but the new Impreza won’t be launching in Shanghai but in New York in a few weeks time.

Chinese netizens were asking why Subaru were planning to launch the Brilliance FRV Crossover under their own name.
