Chevrolet Camaro launched in China – 458,500rmb and rising

GM have officially launched their Camaro sports model in the Chinese market, almost two years after the car burst onto the big screen and caught the attention of Chinese car fans the nation over in the block buster Transformers movie.

The Camaro will be imported into China from the USA and will be packing the 3.6L SIDI engine that was voted as being one of the world’s top ten engines. China may not be getting the Bumblebee version anytime soon, but the Camaro’s 20inch wheels certainly look the business on the Chevrolet stand.

Pricing for the gigantic yellow machine (which presumably does come in other colors) will be from 458,500rmb and rising, US pricing starts at a mere $22,000USD and rising…
