Beijing Auto to produce pure electric C30

The electric car industry is getting hot with many different companies attempting a market entry, especially into the electric car parts industry, the government are also offering substantial subsidies for those that buy into the electric car craze earlier on, the only problem being a lack of market ready cars.

The C30 has already been put into production by Beijing Auto but has not yet been released on sale, however Beijing Auto are preparing an electric version that should see the market by August this year according to media reports. Technical specs on the car are in short supply, but it is expected to have a top speed of 130kph and be good for journeys of up to 100km on a single charge.
