Next generation CRV sighted in China

Does this look like a CRV to you? According to Chinese media reports this homeless looking box on wheels is the next generation and its testing on Chinese roads right now. The CRV is a major seller for Honda in China and it is no suprise to learn that they are eager to get the next generation of China’s number 1 selling SUV back out onto the roads

Engine power is likely to remain as the same 2.0L and 2.4L offerings, although they are not the most advanced engines in terms of power or fuel consumption they have been widely used in the Chinese market which has lead to a fairly advanced and low cost aftermarket parts supply chain.
