MG3 Xross Sighted Out Again

The MG3 has only just hit the market but SAIC are readying to follow it up with the oddly spelled Xross, which is apparently the new age way of writing Crossover. The original Rover Streetwise gave birth to the crossover rage, but the Xross reminds us why it was all such a bad idea.

Power for the Xross will be the same as the regular version with 1.3L and 1.5L engines and also AMT and manual gearboxes. Odd seats seem to be mandatory rather than optional.

Not pretty. Not even rugged looking. When will a 3-door MG3 be built? That would be the right car for european youths. Slightly flared arches, wider wheels/wheel track would so so much for a better image

Doubt it will unless sales of MGs really take off in Europe. MG seems more designed for China first and then modified to try to make them more appealing for Europe. By and large 3 doors do not sell in China.
