Next Gen Roewe 750 spotted yet again

SAIC are not very good at keeping their new cars a secret, unless of course they like to keep the word about their next generation cars alive in the media. The 750 is based on GM’s Epsilon II platform which is shared with the Buick Lacrosse and the Regal in the Chinese and also world markets.

The next generation 750 is likely to be on show at the Guangzhou Auto Show in concept form in November this year, engine power is likely to be from SAIC’s own self developed line, although there have been some Chinese whispers flowing from Chinese media sources stating that the 750 could share the Insignia/Regal’s 2.0T engine to give it a 220bhp engine.

  1. When I spoke to Tony Williams-Kenny, the famous SAIC designer, at the Shanghai Show, he more or less suggested that SAIC itself leaks these spy-photos.
