The driver in question was piloting his Nissan X-Trail down a Sichuan highway earlier this week and was caught on camera having a quick feel of his passengers fun bags, of course the reason he was caught on camera in the first place was due to him being caught speeding at 92kph in an 80kph zone with his hands in the warm place. The picture was somehow leaked to the internet and rapidly spread online with many leaving scathing comments on the leak of the picture, the Minyang Police have already become involved in investigating how the picture was leaked to start with.

As the picture was leaked complete with the license plate netizens were quick to find out the driver in question. Mr. Deng was clearly not prepared for the media storm that was brewing whilst he was sitting at home in Sichuan, netizens posted his home address, his place of work and his full name online, where it remains to this day. Mr. Deng was plagued with questions from journalists with regards to why he was touching his passengers boobs, the reason coming forth so far is that he was giving her a chest massage to lower her blood pressure. Yeah, right.

The police are not interested in the mans boobie touching whilst driving, which would surely count as driving whilst distracted in many other countries, but they are certainly interested in his speeding which carries a 3 point penalty on his license and a 100rmb fine.
