Greatwall’s IF concept shown yet again

“Wow, Greatwall made an X6” was what I heard from one visitor on the Trade Day at the Guangzhou Auto Show this week. It’s not hard to see where Greatwall got its inspiration from the IF from, even Honda looked to the X6 when they developed the Crosstour. No launch date has been set for the IF yet, early news based on rumors pointed to a fourth quarter 2011 launch but that has come and gone. What we can tell you is that the IF measures in at (LxWxH) 5030x1931x1840 and will have all time AWD – engine choices have not yet been made available but it will have an automatic transmission according to Greatwall’s material and a top speed of 225kph, we can guess at a 2.5L turbo diesel or perhaps a 3.0L V6 both of which are in GWM’s engine portfolio.
