seat arrives in china1 300x225 The Spanish are here! Seat lands in ChinaSeat has been unveiled in China on two occasions, and the reactions have been good. Now VW have shipped the cars to China and are ready to start selling. A shipment of Spanish made Seat’s arrived in the glorious People’s Republic of China yesterday and will hit the market on March 22nd 2012.

The Leon will go on sale first and will be priced at somewhere in the region of 250,000rmb to 300,000rmb with 1.8T and 2.0T models being introduced, the Ibiza will come at a later date. We’re not sure if VW have set up Seat dealerships yet or if Seat’s will be sold via imported VW dealerships, but we will find out soon enough.
