BYD F3 Su Rui’s Interior
Last week we brought you the exterior and a brief low down on what BYD are planning to bring to the market later this year in the form of a next generation F3 which has more tech, more ‘design’ and more room in the back, and better quality, but we didn’t get a chance to show you the interior because we didn’t get any interior pictures.
The F3 Su Rui has had a major update on the interior and is arguably one of the best looking interior from a Chinese car manufacturer, previous example of car interiors have been catering towards the lower end of the segment and plastics have always been a bottom of the rung thought for Chinese manufacturers, however from these renders it looks like the Su Rui’s interior has been wheel thought out in terms of style and placement.
The F3 Su Rui will probably be called the F3 Sharp in English and could hit export markets in early 2013, in the meantime the F3 will launch in China in June this year with a Beijing Auto Show unveiling scheduled for April.

Is it the first direct injection gas engine-powered passenger sedan for a Chinese maker?
No – what about the G6? Also not too sure about the GWM Voleex models, are they DI?
As far as I know the only Voleex direct injection models are diesel. And as for the BYD G6, or the Riich G6, I don’t believe either have direct injection SI engines.
Out in Mianyang, Brilliance’s engine factory produces a 1.5L direct injection gas engine but I don’t know which models it’s used in.
