All New Audi A3 Testing in China

The latest generation of Audi A3 hasn’t yet hit foreign shores but it is out testing on Chinese roads already, the new A3 uses the MQB platform from VAG which allows the same platform to underpin a great number of cars for a reasonably low cost. The A3 is currently available in China as an imported model, although with the introduction of MQB technology into the Chinese market the A3 is expected to hit production lines circa 2013, possibly 2014 via the FAW-VW partnership that sees Audi’s and VW’s jointly made in Changchun and later in Foshan, Guandong.
